Cm3 Personal Information Collection Statement
ACN 655 875 620 Pty Ltd (Cm3) collects your personal information relating to online services in order to:

This might occur, for example to overseas subscribers of our subscription service, where we use service providers based overseas, to comply with foreign legal or regulatory requirements. We require overseas recipients to use personal information only for the purpose provided, and to comply with the Privacy Act, in addition to them complying with data privacy legislation applicable to them. Generally, overseas recipients are located in the following countries: United States of America, Europe, Middle East (including United Arab Emirates) and the Asia Pacific region (including but not limited to China, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Indonesia and New Zealand)
